Job Description: Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals. Partner with Azure, Office, Dynamics, cloud services teams, Finance, and Engineering counterparts in order to drive clarity and efficiency, while putting compliance and customer experience at the center of our charter. Own and manage the complex processes for Cloud Services to approve, validate, and/or apply various transactions, including credit adjustments, discounts, and billing, with focus on data integrity, quality, and efficiency. Identify trends and work with all stakeholders to quickly and efficiently resolve outstanding issues. Oversee dormant subscription management, cancellation of invoices, and other related activities. Create meaningful data driven reports and metrics with key performance indicators to set and achieve targets. Deliver consistent results and raise the bar on execution and delivery while instilling a culture of continuous and proactive monitoring of key financial controls and processes.  Drive for policy, process, and systems optimization opportunities that increase compliance controls, increase overall process velocity, reduce costs, and improve the experience for Cloud customers/partners. Drive alignment across all dependent and joint groups to ensure a holistic "One Microsoft" approach. Serve as a champion for quality, agility, and process improvements. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code TSCBP17056C), in Redmond, WA, is $126,651 to $156,651.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.           

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
