Job Title: Attorney 1Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Attorney 1 to join our team, focusing on employment-based immigration. This role requires onsite presence five days a week and offers the opportunity to gain broader business immigration experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, including petition review, I-9 email response support, and ensuring legal compliance with daily filings. This is a net new position, emphasizing the importance of finding someone with the right skill set.

Hard Skills

  • 1+ year of immigration experience (business or family-based)

  • Juris Doctor degree from a credible university

  • Admission to the bar

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to train and support administrative staff

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Effective communication

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 43 Weekly.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Redmond, Washington.

Work Environment

Onsite, 5 days a week
