Honeywell Aerospace Assembler - Level 3 in Redmond, Washington

As an Assembler Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our aerospace products. Your attention to detail and precision will ensure the quality and reliability of our products, contributing to the success of our aerospace division. You will report directly to our Assembly Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our assembly processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your expertise in assembly techniques and your ability to follow detailed instructions will be essential in meeting production targets and delivering products on time.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual base salary range for this position is $52,000. - $67,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform assembly tasks according to detailed work instructions and blueprints

  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards

  • Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues and recommend process improvements

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing

  • 5 years of manufacturing experience

  • Needs 1+ years of soldering experience

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Basic computer skills

WE VALUE

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in aerospace assembly

  • Knowledge of FAA inspections

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

  • Strong problem-solving skills
