Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration : 2+ months contract
Location: Redmond, WA
Payrate: 33/hr.
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
Proactively managing calendars, making decisions on behalf of the calendars owner to prioritize calendar requests based on shifting business priorities to ensure accurate scheduling and appropriate allocation of time
Partnering with a team of business administrators to support an engineering organization around T&E budgets, employee onboarding, and team events
Maintaining information with confidentiality
Manage domestic and international travel plans and agendas
Onboarding vendor staff
Onboarding new hires, manage office space
Preparing and processing expense reports
Ensuring a timely flow of information and process approvals as appropriate
Effectively communicating and building relationships with the business support community and business leadership
Influencing and embracing cross-functional/cultural teams
Should be able to solve complex problems when they occur
Ensuring compliance with Microsoft and team policies and procedures
Being able to think fast, pivot as needed. Flexibility is a must!
Candidate Requirements
4 years of experience
BA/BS degree is desirable, but not required
The ideal candidate would have experience with onboarding tasks, planning team events, managing budgets, strong communication and organizational skills.
Top Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience
Minimum 3 years proficiency with Microsoft software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Minimum 3 years of experience with Calendaring
Minimum 3 years experience with supporting a large organization.
