• Develop thorough knowledge of all game functions, to include all bonus features
• Knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, ) and attendant regulations the Companys internal controls, policies and procedures
• Maintains knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, ) and attendant regulations, property internal controls, policies and procedures
• Actively contributes to departmental performance, and the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental policies and procedures
• Ensures consistent and timely compliance with all gaming and internal control policies and procedures
• Responsible for circulating through an assigned area of the casino floor along with other team members to monitor guest service
• Answer questions related to slot machines general property information
• Maintain the condition of the Mobile Attendant device including using only appropriate use of instruments, cleaners, chargers, cases and other approved accessories provided by the company
• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk
• Some duties performed may be outside employees normal job duties
