Job Summary: The Program Manager will steward all projects within the assigned program to ensure activities are aligned to organizational goals and priorities. They will work closely with the North American functional leaders to ensure project scope and prioritization is linked to their objectives. The Program Manager will maintain alignment up, down and across the organization as it relates to project goals, objectives, timeline and status. They will manage, guide and support project managers within their assigned program and will play an active role in initiating and closing projects. Key Performance Indicators
Delivery of projects to budget, timeline, and scope, with minimum disruption to customers and colleagues
End user adoption
Project delivered for assigned function will support the delivery of:
AOP plan (budget delivery)
Acquisition Business Cases

Customer retention Principal Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Successfully lead all project teams within the assigned program
Coach and mentor the project managers leading projects within the assigned program
Understand and develop strategies for project delivery that take into consideration their dependencies on other projects within their program and the interaction with other programs and business as usual
Identify resource needs for projects and secure the right level of support for successful delivery including business case development.
Participate in recruitment activities to fill project management roles and then support onboarding efforts to position new hires and contractors for success..
For all projects in the program managers portfolio, they must follow the North American project management governance processes and procedures and use the approved templates and tools
Maintain and improve tools, templates and processes used by program and project managers
Throughout the project, this individual is expected to make sure all project managers in their program develop and maintain documentation to manage and report on their respective project(s) progress.
Throughout the project this individual will be required to lead and participate in meetings. The objective being to both drive the program to success and report on progress throughout
Responsible for delivering communications that are clear, accurate and the right level for the audience.
CANDIDATE SUMMARY
Required Experience: 10 (Ten)+ yearsRelated experience required 5 (Five)+ yearsManagement Experience Preferred
Current member of a professional body of Project, Program or Change Managers pr ferred
Experience with Google's G-Suite of tools preferred Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics:
Strong commercial abilities with an attestable customer service focus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of key metrics and trends.
Excellent people management skills with demonstrable experience of leading a large, dispersed, and diverse workforce across multiple locations and geographies.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to operate effectively both strategically and operationally as required.
Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, employees, and suppliers as required.
Able to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgment and a rigorous focus on the details.
Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholders Formal Education, Qualifications or Training: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Project Management or related subject Master's Degree preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred

Incumbent is required to have: Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm's reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
