Description

This is an ongoing consulting opportunity that requires working onsite in Reading, PA 3 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Make outbound calls to candidates who applied to jobs online

• Take inbound calls regarding open jobs

• Conduct basic pre-screen interviews with candidates

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

  Requirements

Qualifications include:

• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

• Comfortability making and taking calls

• Strong communication and organizational skills
