Job description:
We are seeking an excellent Customer Service Representative to handle incoming customer phone calls and customer documents/account processing requests.

Responsibilities:
Answers customer phone calls, provides excellent service
Responds to inquiries on accounts
Sends account data to administration team for process
Utilizes a dialer database and updates account information
Processes paperwork with attention to detail
Provides support to the Customer Satisfaction team
Handles invoices, paperwork, and customer documents
Enters data into the system
Requirements:
Customer Service experience required
Interest and passion for helping customers
The ability to see the big picture and the importance of how their work helps each customer and the company achieve their goals
HS Diploma required
This is an in-office position
