We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated R&D Master Data Coordinator to join our dynamic Personal Healthcare team, which is home to renowned brands like Vicks and Neurobion. This role focuses on data management within a collaborative, multi-functional environment. As we embark on our digital transformation journey, ensuring the integrity and quality of data in our core R&D systems is essential for driving product innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
As the R&D Master Data originator for Product and Packaging in the EU Personal Healthcare division, you will be responsible for:
Implementing R&D data standards across the EU, aligning with global technical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Understanding and integrating with related product data systems and processes, including life cycle management, change control, SAP, vendor setups, market clearances, and artwork processes.
Ensuring data completeness for incoming project requests, spanning both ongoing business and new initiatives, while verifying change control content and execution status.
Collaborating with Technical Content Owners to address missing data attributes and documentation.
Originating complex product and packaging specifications as well as automation requests.
Conducting validation checks such as change actions, bill of materials, weights and dimensions, and ensuring the availability of necessary data flows across interdependent systems.
Maintaining and managing master parts libraries, ensuring proper assignment of parts and following up on deadlines and reviews.

Job Qualifications
What We Look For:
Bachelor's degree in Science or Pharmacy (B. Pharm) and/or relevant experience, preferably in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
We seek a passionate candidate with a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail. Excellent organisational, collaboration, and communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential for leading system implementations across all Personal Healthcare brands and sites in the EU, including contract manufacturers.
Familiarity with commercially available master data systems, proficiency in Microsoft Power Platforms (PowerApps, Power BI, etc.), and experience within the pharmaceutical or regulated industries will be highly advantageous.
Proficiency in English and strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
