Empathy with users and ensures the operational processes focusing on PP module (MRP, Vendor) run smoothly and match with customer condition that can help users to conduct their business effectively
SAP Application Process & Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents for SAP applications, primarily in the area of MM/PP modules.
Business requirements gathering and analysis of business issues; leveraging global IT organization and IT shared service to address these needs.
Work closely with business owners to deeply analyze and evaluate business requirements, provide consulting, improvement, and optimization proposals.
Develop, maintain, and provide 2nd level support users.
Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions
Manage, plan and prioritize tasks to achieve agreed deadlines and meet requirements of customer.
Responsible for key user collaboration and development including testing and training.
SAP Continuous Optimization:
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM/PP modules
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document preparation.
Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business’s needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Liaise with regional / local support teams and testing to ensure that release validation process is done properly.
Work closely with the Business/Regions/International teams in meeting (phone calls, face-to-face) and meet their expectations for the projects / enhancement’s delivery.
Participate/lead in IT project.
