Job Title: Senior Production Technician
Summary:พนักงานตำแหน่ง Senior Production Technician จะรับผิดชอบการดําเนินงานในกระบวนการผลิตที่ได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงสาธารณูปโภคที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตพื้นที่ของตนมีความปลอดภัย, คุณภาพน่าเชื่อถือ และมีประสิทธิภาพที่ดี
Responsibilities Include:
รับผิดชอบการผลิตและการตรวจสอบประจําวันในพื้นที่มอบหมายงาน
ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตเป็นไปอย่างปลอดภัย โดยปฏิบัติตามกฎ EHS และ SOP/WI รวมถึงเสนอแนะสําหรับสภาพการทำงานที่ไม่ปลอดภัยม ดูแลผู้รับเหมาในพื้นที่ และรายงานอุบัติเหตุ หรือ Near miss ที่เกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่การทำงาน
รักษาความสะอาดของพื้นที่และ 5S ที่ดีในพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
พนักงานที่้ปฏิบัติงานที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงหรือเกี่ยวข้องกับ PSM จะต้องได้รับการฝึกอบรมและทดสอบก่อนเริ่มปฏิบัติงาน
มีส่วนร่วมในการประเมินความเสี่ยงในกระบวนการผลิตและการปฏิบัติงาน
ปฏิบัติตามแผนการผลิตและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จัดส่งถึงลูกค้าตรงเวลาด้วยปริมาณที่เหมาะสมและมีคุณภาพที่ดี
แก้ปัญหาต่างๆ ในระหว่างการผลิต ตาม guideline ที่กำหนด
การสุ่มตัวอย่างและการตรวจสอบคุณภาพในกระบวนการตามแผนการสุ่มตัวอย่าง
ใช้แนวคิด TPM ในพื้นที่ที่รับผิตชอบเพื่อเครื่องจักรทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ดําเนินการผ่านระบบ SAP เพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการผลิต
งานมอบหมายอื่น ๆ
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
High Vocational in Chemical, Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Production Technology or related fields.
Experienced in chemical production process >5 years.
Computer literacy and Fair command of English
Safety and Quality consciousness
Background from chemical industry or polymer/plastic is preferred
Knowledge of Management System, e.g. PSM, ISO9001, ISO140001 and ISO45001 is preferred
Good work discipline and hands-on
