Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems is recruiting for a Summer 2025 Global Franchise Operations Co-Op, located in Raritan, The Global Segment Deliver team is the strategic group that interfaces with Regional Segment Deliver, Deliver Operations, and the Ethicon and CSS Franchises across the E2E Supply Chain. Our focus is on Strategy Development, Value Identification, and E2E Supply Chain connectivity process improvements. The co-op in this role will support the Medical Devices - various initiatives and projects and should have a good understanding of Supply Chain functions their connection and impact to customers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to New Product Launch continuous improvement and maintenance of current process and tools, S&OP reviews/governance, Product flow network optimization initiatives, cost/benefit analysis, process improvements opportunities and Global Dashboard consolidation of metrics and actions.

Project Management - juggling multiple projects /presenting action plans & status updates to senior leadership/execution follow up /ability to manage cross- functional and diverse teams
Leadership - not afraid to step up and take ownership accountability as leader of teams
Self-starter -takes initiative with ambiguity and resourceful to find unique solutions to challenges
Time Management - must be able to manage multiple priorities while delivering to milestones
Qualifications
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
Currently enrolled pursuing a BS or BA, in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related with an expected graduation of 2025 – 2027
You should have a cumulative 3.0 GPA
Outlook- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel -Advanced-, Power Point, Word,
Communication should show clarity of objectives
Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving
Demonstrates developed verbal and written communication skills
Shows decision making and problem-solving skills
Knowledge in Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Project Management

The anticipated base pay for this position is between 22$ per hour and 51.50$ per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
