The Change Analyst role will be part of the MT TranSCend SC Digital Transformation organization, which aims to build the supply chain of the future. This multi-year global transformation will enhance our end-to-end Supply Chain digital capabilities by strengthening the digital core, harmonizing our ecosystem, standardizing core business processes and products across Plan, Source, Make, Quality, Deliver, and Data, and enabling our integrated data strategy through simplification and modernization.

This position will have responsibility for helping shape and implement the business adoption activities, focused on an ERP implementation. They will partner with an extended team of individuals who will implement the people, site, and business readiness plans across the organization. The plan will encompass all vital aspects of organizational change readiness, partner engagement, business adoption, communications, business security, and training, all passionate about ensuring a successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute documentation of Change Impacts and Assessment approach and toolset, working in close collaboration with Process/Functional Leads. Drive validation and mitigation plans for those change impacts.

  • Assist with design, development and delivery of Stakeholder Alignment strategies including coordination of and participation in appropriate interviews, roadshows, etc.

  • Support/Assist execution of overall change enablement activities across all OCM workstreams: Change Leadership/Partner Engagement & Communications; Organizational Design, Impact Alignment & Transition Management; Skills & Knowledge Transfer.

  • Participate in prepare and manage specific communication plans within Business Adoption (ex: Work stream communication, Internal/External Supplier strategy and execution).

  • Assist in the coordination, design, development and execution of end user training and education.

  • Support coordination of logistics and end user training status metrics (Internal/external)

  • Assist in development and tracking of key readiness metrics (local documents, end user training, training effectiveness, etc.)

  • Support efforts to encourage a “one team” culture across the project, global program and business to deliver new business capabilities via a flawless ERP implementation.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree specifically in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience

  • Experience in change management, project management, or a related role, with a proven track record of successfully managing change initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.

  • Experience constructing, implementing, and maintaining Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations)

  • Strong problem-solving, communication and influencing skills.

  • Proven track record to work multi-functionally.

Preferred:

  • E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning and/or systems implementations

  • Experience in Medical Device sector/industry experience

  • Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Lean or Six Sigma methodologies knowledge and/or certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP)

Other:

  • May require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites

  • Eligible for severance

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $91,000 - $147,200/yr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
