Position Description: Our Senior Field Service Technician position is a unique opportunity to employ your years of experience by collaborating with our clients in various industries and participating in technical initiatives in todays? evolving markets. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, replacing, and updating various equipment and providing excellent service to our customers. Our Field Technicians are the face of the company! What you bring to the table: - Highly technical and analytical skill set - In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing system issues - Experience with high efficiency gas and oil burners, controls, and ancillary equipment - Licensure and experience o Required: Oil Burner License, electrical background (2 years), driver?s license with clean record, customer service skills, computer skills o Desired: Journeyman pipefitter license, HVAC/EPA certification, commercial/industrial boiler technician experience (5 years), Salary: Commensurate on experience (\$45-\$60 an hour) plus Sign on Bonus Job type: Full-time Job Duties: - Preventative / Annual maintenance per manufacturers recommendations - Troubleshooting burner, controls, and ancillary equipment - Ability to troubleshoot and repair high efficiency gas and oil burners. - Test, diagnose and repair problems in the system and propose relevant solutions. - Potential for Field Supervisor responsibilities with upgraded pay/bonus. - OSHA 10 required, will provide training - OEM Experience or Factory training a plus Physical Requirements: - High energy level - Ability to lift parts or boxes up to 50 lbs.
