We are looking for a full-time employee to undertake a variety of administrative HR tasks. The Human Resource Assistant will offer administrative support to the Human Resource Manager, from coordinating meetings filing, organizing personnel records, and recruiting to planning employee team building events. The HR assistant skills we’re looking for include excellent organizational ability, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure. Primary Responsibilities:•Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties•Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Manager•Compile and update employee records and HR reports (hard and soft copies)•Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews•Serve as a liaison between applicants, recruiters and management•Assist with recruiting efforts such as job fairs•Process Worker’s Compensation claims•Answer and forward incoming calls occasionally •Other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:•Experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position•Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)•Fast computer typing skills •Excellent organizational skills•Strong attention to detail•Strong communications skills•Strong interpersonal skillsCondition of Employment:Successful candidate must submit to post offer, pre-employment physical examination and drug screen.Consarc Corporation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
