As a CNC Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for all maintenance operations for your respective work area in the manufacturing environment and within the framework of a team performing the following activities:Perform preventative maintenance, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all manufacturing/production equipmentMaintain good documentation practicesEmbrace a teamwork philosophy to meet or exceed production and quality goalsMonitor and maintain area for organization and safetyUnderstand and follow Applied Medicalis manufacturing instructions SOPis and QSR per trainingCommunicate effectively with production team members, team leaders, and engineers to ensure quality componentsThis position requires the following skills and attributes:A minimum of 2 i 5 years' experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance of CNC Industrial machine tools and ancillary equipmentRead and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematicsUnderstanding of machine alarm codes and utilizing machine diagnostics for troubleshootingUse of electrical test equipment such as Digital Multimeters (DMMis), Amp Probes, Meggers, and OscilloscopeisUse of machine levels, calipers, micrometers, and test indicatorsWorking independently as well within a teamWillingness to perform other duties and responsibilities outside of their position descriptionFlexibility to work weekends as well as a 2nd and/or a 3rd shift if requiredAbility to work more than 8 hours a day, weekends and holidays as neededBe able to lift a minimum of 50 poundsUse of basic hand tools and ability to climb ladders up to 15iStrive to meet or exceed production and quality goalsAn understanding of team concepts and a willingness to work with othersAbility and desire to train new team membersMust be able to read, write and comprehend EnglishHave good hand-eye coordinationCompletion of high school education or equivalentThe following skills and attributes are preferred:Knowledge in troubleshooting Nitrogen/Oxygen generators and compressorsKnowledge in troubleshooting and repairing of EDM, Laser, and Swiss screw equipmentKnowledge in Fanuc, Okuma, and Siemens controlsCompletion/certificate of technical or vocational schoolReliable team member that has the willingness and the drive to succeed within the teamMotivated, self-starter, and a proactive team playerTraining and mentorship with ongoing learning and development coursesOn-campus wellness activitiesComprehensive medical and dental and vision coverageEducation reimbursement program401(k) program with discretionary employer matchGenerous vacation accrual and paid holiday schedule
