Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Operate equipment to accurately utilize raw ingredient materials in a precise manner to create flavor products. Ensure understanding of all safety, quality, and operational procedures relevant to the role. Utilize tools and electronic/computer systems for compounding and container filling. Use a computer, scan gun, or other tools and processes to correctly match ingredients to shop orders. Follow production, safety, quality, and operational procedures to verify and record information during the production process. Ensure proper ventilation and use of safety equipment. Develop an understanding of Quality Control requirements for sampling, product testing, and swabbing of equipment, and follow policies surrounding Quality Control needs. Perform other duties as assigned. Training will be from 5am to 1:30pm for 2-4 weeks. The actual shift time is 8am to 4:30pm.

This is a fully on-site position in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Work Environment

This is a flavor and fragrances manufacturing company. Flavors are more sweet flavors such as strawberry, root beer, and peanut butter. Only 15 people currently work there, so you will need to be able to work alone and take initiative.
