Zeta Sky Administrative Assistant (Admin Assistant) in Rancho Cucamonga, California

Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries and communications.

Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executive team.

Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with creating, editing, and formatting reports, quotes, proposals, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.

Organize and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure an efficient working environment.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to appropriate team members as necessary.

Assist in tracking and managing vendor IT-related contracts, renewals, and subscriptions.

Assist with basic marketing tasks and campaigns

Coordinate employee and client events

Billing and payment reconciliation
