We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This key role will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and will provide essential support to our internal staff. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at our storefront, handling a variety of administrative tasks, including invoice processing, data entry, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office.

salary: $19 - $21 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Must have experience managing a storefront or similar environment, with a background in both retail and office settings.

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Handle invoice processing and data entry, ensuring all invoices are accurately input into our system in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office, including the conference room and storefront, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment.

  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination across all levels of the organization.

  • File and organize paperwork, maintaining accurate and accessible records.

  • Adapt to both fast-paced and slower periods of activity, managing time and tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
