Connexus Energy Energy Services Sales Representative in Ramsey, Minnesota
Description:
Connexus Energy is looking for a data driven individual interested in deciphering sales possibilities by focusing on the rebates and offers to better serve our members and add overall value to the company. In addition, this person will professionally interact and foster relationships with builders, trade allies and be the main point of contact for residential solar members throughout the Connexus Energy service territory.
Location:
Work for this position can be performed both on-site at our campus located at 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303, and from your local home office, as duties require. While this position is designated as hybrid, based on current requirements, hires must reside in or relocate to Minnesota.
Compensation:
Anticipated hiring pay is between $67,200 - $88,200. The final compensation is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 8% based on company performance.
In this position, you will:
Assess rebate programs to manage the Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) and results reporting while providing deep analysis of current programs with a focus on innovation for the future benefit of our members.
Maintain the use of a Customer Retention Management System (CRM) to enhance delivery of our programs based on members’ needs.
Identify and meet with builders and trade allies in the Connexus service territory to provide education on program structure, including sharing helpful information of rebates and programs.
Act as the Subject Matter expert for residential solar within Connexus Energy by reviewing and approving residential, multifamily construction and commercial solar applications and installations.
Need to have:
Associates degree, or technical certification in data management, data analytics, energy conservation or related field.
Two or more years of experience working in data management, demand response programs, or customer service.
Working knowledge of a Customer Retention Management System (CRM) system.
Current and valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree in data management, data analytics, energy conservation or related field.
