Description

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will be an instrumental part of our technical design team, tasked with enhancing and refining our product, mobile, and physical designs.

Responsibilities:

• Work on 1-2 projects at a time, projects range from physical design to mobile devices, hospital room features, and user experiences.

• Spend 80% of your time on UX and visual design, with the remaining 20% on research.

• Create UI prototypes, conduct usability testing, and document your findings.

• Develop detailed user experience designs and specifications.

• Meticulously adhere to all brand guidelines, industry UI design standards and practices, design patterns, W3C guidelines, Google Material Design guidelines, and Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Design Guidelines for mobile.

• Operate in a regulated environment, being adept at navigating complex processes and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Strong branding, product, and visual design experience.

• Proven ability creating and executing a design language system (DLS) in Figma.

• Adaptable and open to conducting research as per the project requirements.

• Familiarity with Figma and Jira.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with highly technical teams.

• Experience in a regulated industry is greatly preferred but not mandated.
