Essential Job Duties:
This employee would assist with some pre and post award processing. Mostly entering PINS records for proposals, filing of new awards, checking budgets on new awards, etc.
Other Work/Responsibilities:
Duties include:
Preparing and processing proposals through PINS
Preparing and submitting project modification requests for no-cost extensions, re-budgets, change in PI, subcontracts, equipment, etc
Prepare and submit journal vouchers to move expenses to the correct project or account code
Post award analysis of budgets including monitoring and reviewing expenditures for accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Excel, Strong organizational and communication skills, Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, PINS , budgets
