Omnicell Sr. Manager, Implementation in Raleigh, North Carolina

EnlivenHealth is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation, with a dynamic and results-oriented approach to lead our Implementation Team. You will have experience and success in driving successful implementation and activation of SaaS solutions across enterprise-level clients. This role ensures the development and smooth execution of customer project plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product Management and Engineering. The Sr. Manager will provide strategic guidance, oversee project timelines, and manage the resources needed to achieve successful customer outcomes. This position requires a highly organized, customer-centric leader with experience in software implementation and managing high-performance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of implementation specialists, project managers, and technical consultants to ensure the successful execution of multiple SaaS implementation projects.

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Operations to define long-term goals and strategies for SaaS implementations that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, including project scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget adherence, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary escalation point for implementation issues, ensuring that customers receive best-in-class service and experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth handoffs, accurate scope definition, and continuous feedback loops for product improvements.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and scalability in project delivery.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in project delivery and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.

  • Data & Reporting: Develop KPIs and metrics to track project performance and team productivity, providing regular updates to the Senior Director of Operations and other key stakeholders.

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software lifecycle, and implementation processes.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise software implementations with multiple stakeholders.

  • Expertise in project management methodologies

  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact with executive stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or enterprise software deployment;

  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Preferred:

  • Pharmacy/Technology Experience

  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

  • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification

  • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise SaaS solutions

Work Conditions:

  • Work Across Multiple Time Zones

  • Up to 10% Domestic Travel

  • Long periods of time sitting or standing in front of a computer using video technology
