Learn It Systems Social Media Coordinator (Remote - CST/EST) in Raleigh, North Carolina
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and highly-motivated Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team!
As the Social Media Coordinator, you will work closely with the Content Marketing and Digital Marketing Specialists to develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more clients while promoting our brands. You should be able to increase followers and audience engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. In this role, you will have the exciting responsibility of managing the social media marketing for ten different brands and nearly thirty channels across the country.

This is a full-time, remote position, but candidates must reside in CST / EST time zones. Writing samples will be requested prior to the virtual interview with hiring team.
Develop, implement, and manage LEARN’s social media marketing
Adhere to brand voice on social media platforms
Write, schedule, and oversee organic social media posts
Copywrite social ad campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Measure the success of social media campaigns and refine KPI strategies based on performance
Keep up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and tools
Use social media marketing tools, such as Meta and Buffer
Use reporting tools, such as Supermetrics and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)
Respond to online messages and comments from followers
Work as a member of the content marketing team and suggest content optimization
Support the Marketing Director with various marketing projects and administrative duties, including preparing agendas, attending and scheduling meetings, taking notes, and other tasks, as-needed
Act as a “traffic controller” for projects managed via Monday.com, from request through fulfillment
Work with Creative Director to identify and order branded promotional products
Work with external vendors for print, promotional, and event-related needs
Connect with industry professionals and influencers to create a strong network
Monitor competitive landscape to stay informed of changes in the ABA industry and discover opportunities to integrate into LEARN’s social media marketing
Collaborate with Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Partnership (business development and intake) teams
2 years of experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
BA in Marketing or similar/relevant field
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google Business
Content marketing experience, required
Copywriting experience, required
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Critical thinker and problem-solver
Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Familiarity with WordPress content management system and blog publishing
Experience using brand strategy to support brand awareness and lead generation
Experience conducting audience and community persona research
Ability to think creatively and be comfortable sharing ideas with a collaborative team in a supportive environment
Experience working in healthcare, mental health, behavioral health or education, highly desirable
The Social Media Coordinator will report directly to the Content Marketing Specialist but will need to work cross-functionally with other members of the Marketing team.
