Actalent Service Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Title: Service ManagerJob Description

We are looking for an additional Service Manager to join our team in Raleigh, NC. You will be one of three Service Managers and will manage 10-12 HVAC technicians in commercial and industrial work. Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to our customers by meeting or exceeding customer requirements and commitments through the management and optimization of company resources (skilled manpower, materials, tools, and equipment). - Implementing service and business processes (best practices) and assisting in continuous improvement of these processes. - Managing a team of experienced HVAC Service Technicians, including recruitment, development/training, goal setting, and performance management. - Supporting the sales organization with pricing and business operations input for customer sales proposals. - Daily time review/approval, invoicing review/approval, contract performance review/management, and job summary report review/approval. - Being a champion for our strong safety culture.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Work Environment

Candidate will work out of their Raleigh office and will need to travel to oversee local jobs, meet with clients, etc.
