Pizza Hut Senior Training Business Partner in Raleigh, North Carolina

Description

Summary: Serves as the lead Training & Development business partner to operations leadership for brand. Accountable for the development and oversees the implementation of training and development strategies for operations management. Ensures people capability processes in the areas of operational standards, financial management, safety, facility and equipment and proper food handling are implemented according to company standards. Accountable for the brand certified training store program. Oversees the training process of new units and relocations to ensure sales retention. Serves as a people resource in support of building a talent pipeline.

Essential Functions:

Accountable for the development of the Training & Development strategy for core markets. Manages the brand quarterly calendar in alignment with Operations Leadership. Ensures training has been implemented for Operations leadership and unit management in accordance with schedule. Responsible for the development and maintenance of leadership development classes; unit management courses; leadership roadshows. Develops course material to include operational standards; financial management; safety; facility and equipment maintenance, proper food handling. Seeks feedback and modifies course material in support of company objectives. Responsible for ensuring course completion has been appropriated documented and recorded in system. Accountable for developing monthly training reports and submitting to operations leadership. 40%

Accountable for the certified training restaurant program. Partners with Training Business Partners to ensure restaurant training managers adhere to company training standards. Partners with Training Business Partners to create successful restaurant managers-in-training onboarding experience. Responsible for developing an onboarding program in support of company culture. Responsible for onboarding and certification process for above store leadership. Accountable for successful completion of onboarding program and certification process in partnership with operations leadership. 25%

Responsible for the new unit and relocation program for the brand. Refines program based on feedback from operations leadership and Training Business Partners. Supports operations on the ongoing sales retention of new unit by monitoring training and development of new unit team. 20%

Requirements

• Education Bachelor's degree in Organizational Behavior, Training & Development; Human Resources; Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience in Training & Development.

• Professional Experience 10 years Training & Development experience is required; 7 years in a training leader role.
