Description

The Senior Technical Project Manager will spearhead large-scale, high-complexity software development projects, building innovative solutions from ground up within a Fortune 500 environment. This dynamic role requires hands-on experience in coordinating multiple cross-functional teams, demonstrating an exceptional understanding of scalable software principles, and understanding the process of large scale software release processes. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, executing and overseeing all aspects of projects, ensuring that teams hit key milestones, while driving continuous improvement. Communication skills are essential to liaise effectively between technical teams and stakeholder groups. Proven record in managing the full project lifecycle and successfully delivering highly scalable and complex projects is crucial.

Requirements

7+ years of Technical PM experience in the SDLC

Agile/Scrum experience

Must have experience in projects building custom software from scratch

Must have experience in software release management

Must have a Bachelors degree or higher level of education

Development background is preferred but not required

Healthcare experience is preferred but not required

PMP is a preference but not required
