About the Role

Ndustrial is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the development, planning, deployment, and tracking of internal and customer facing projects. As a Project Manager at Ndustrial, you’ll play a critical role in driving innovation for our customers by ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing projects within industrial or manufacturing environments, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

You will also have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives across the organization to project manage a variety of programs from initial launch to implementation. You will be pivotal in defining team roles and responsibilities, and leading efforts to establish clear structure and communication methods to foster efficient workflow and driving positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, reports, schedules, budgets, and deliverables

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Prepare and communicate project status reports to stakeholders and customers

  • Provide project management leadership and guidance to team members

  • Work cross functionally to build a scalable and repeatable structure for project management initiatives and programs

  • Liaise with energy, utility, industrial and manufacturing customers, engineers, facilities, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and fulfillment of project requirements

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of government contracts, grants and projects from initiation to closeout

  • Review and assess contracts to validate objectives, identify action items, deadlines, requirements, and specific outputs required for each contract

  • Compile and submit essential project documentation, including permits and compliance reports, as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

  • 5+ years Project Management experience in manufacturing, industrial or utility environment

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end project management responsibilities from scoping to on-site deployment

  • Experience working in a startup environment is preferred

  • Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying schedules and turnaround times

  • Excellent customer facing and internal communication skills and experience navigating complex customer challenges

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Experience with government contracts, grants and projects is not required
