Job Description

Manage various technical projects in support of the Commercial (CCO) business unit. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing 20 programs within the pharmaceutical setting. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. This person may need to jump in and help with projects from time to time, so must be comfortable with that.

Skills and Requirements

Solid foundation of program management

 Experience in Pharma broadly

 Agile projects experience

 Push projects: great soft skills need to have drive and ability to delegate

 Salesforce service cloud experience Prefers CRO - drug development lifecycle experience

 Prefers commercial experience

 Understanding of technology and architecture is very useful. null
