A longstanding company in North Raleigh is seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Maker on 1st shift! Relocation offered, Direct Hire w/ full benefits and PTO. Must have recent professional experience building plastic injection molds, additional exp with grinding, hand milling, cnc lathe/mill, EDM sinkers or lasers is a plus. Clean and climate controlled environment at a growing company.

Pay - $33-42+ based on exp/skill set Shift - 730-4 M-F If you're interested in this opportunity please and complete the prescreening!

Responsibilities

• Constructs, adapts, and modifies molds for plastic injection molding

• Creates initial molds based on specifications from design team, blueprints, or schematics.

• Uses various measuring and gauging tools to perform necessary inspections before, during, and after molding operations.

• Sets up equipment based on mold requirements, materials, and tolerances.

• Executes production runs; conducts quality control testing before mold enters production cycle.

• Maintains knowledge of materials and products.

• Assists machinists and millwrights with injection molding process and equipment.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.
