Dayshift

The Opportunity:

  • The Office Admin position is responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail. Also responsible for coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of office services and equipment. Responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings.

  • Manages the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image.

  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities for the location.

  • Supervises the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities.

  • Maintains adequate supply of PPE for all visitors

  • Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.

  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.)

  • Attendance tracking for contractor pool

  • Supports Plant Safety with contractor insurance information and recordkeeping

  • Supports HR department with Hourly Attendance Tracking, Training Tracking and Special Projects.

  • Participates as needed in special department projects.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

  • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent.

  • At least two years of previous experience in office management.

  • Experience with MS Office products
