Robert Half Marketing Generalist in Raleigh, North Carolina

Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Generalist with comprehensive skills in B2B and consumer products sector. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of various marketing disciplines, including digital marketing, content creation, market research, product marketing, and SEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales in both B2B and consumer product sectors.

  • Coordinate all marketing activities and initiatives with objectives to increase brand visibility and market share.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to forecast and roll out effective marketing strategies.

  • Handle content creation for all of our company online platforms, including website, blogs, and social media.

  • Monitor industry competitive environment, consumer trends, and market conditions.

  • Conduct data analysis to determine marketing performance.

  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email campaigns, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for outsourced marketing activities.

  • Create marketing presentations for the leadership team.

  • Ensure adherence with branding policies across all marketing strategies.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Generalist marketer or similar role within the B2B and consumer product sector.

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.

  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and market research.

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.

  • Proficient understanding of marketing elements and market research methods.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Highly organized, team-oriented, and ability to work under strict deadlines.

  • Advanced competency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Adobe Creative Suite etc).

  • Certification in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field is a plus.
