About us:

The role is responsible for maintaining Newco’s financial reporting systems, namely OneStream, Workiva and critical intercompany SQL databases as well as other financial software. The responsibilities including environment management, applications and optimizing for end user performance. This role involves both central and application administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• One Stream leadership and Administration:

• Maintain all aspects of the OneStream environment and applications, including security, system settings, FX rates, cubes, channels, application properties, logic, and structure.

• Ensure compliance with Newco Internal Controls, including SOX requirements, and coordinate system updates with application admins.

• Manage software upgrades, troubleshooting, and 3rd party consulting resources.

• Maintain structure and end-user interfacing screens, including cube views, books, and parameters.

• Manage the application admin monthly task list and internal controls process.

• Interface with end-users to implement process improvement and system enhancements that drive quality and productivity

• Manage third-party consultants for project work as needed

• Other objectives

• Lead integration efforts between OneStream, Workiva and Interco clearinghouse software (“Olympus”)

• Lead and/or participate in the continuous improvement of Newco’s finance tech systems, utilizing the Newco Business System (NBS) and developing a technology roadmap

Qualifications:

Our successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, intellectually curious, and have a strong work ethic, in addition to being a self-starter with the bandwidth to manage competing priorities and work on several key projects at a given time. This individual will have the capability and knowledge to move seamlessly between detail and strategy and be able to communicate effectively across finance teams and the broader organization. It is important that our candidate have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with people at multiple levels throughout our organization

To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will also have/be:

• Detail-oriented with objective of consistently delivering high quality work products, while being able to step back to see the big picture.

• Process-oriented with an ability to communicate goals, accomplishments, risks, and next steps at all stages of a project.

• Solid technical background in financial database management with systems like One Stream or HFM.

• An understanding of accounting and reporting concepts in order to manage the integrity of the systems

• Must be very customer focused in all aspects of the job.

• The individual must be a professional that takes pride in his/her work and who can deliver results.

• Dependable resource that will “do what it takes” to get the job done

Education and Experience:

• BS or BA Degree, minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance, accounting or Financial Systems management.

• Experience defining complex problems and designing, implementing, and maintaining effective processes, with a customer focus.

• Strong global business perspective with understanding of a multinational organization with multiple business units is strongly preferred.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 71,100.00 - 132,100.00
