ManpowerGroup HVAC Construction Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina
Our client, is seeking a HVAC Construction Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent team collaboration, communication and project management skills as well as HVAC experience which will align successfully in the organization
Job Title: HVAC Construction Project Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay Range: $70,000 - $105,000 yearly salary + 15% yearly bonus and access to company car
What’s the Job?
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and finalizing projects according to the specifications and schedule, all while keeping the project within budget
Overseeing quality control throughout the life of the project while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Setting goals and objectives for the team and managing performance accordingly
Managing the field staff and subcontractors as well as minimizing project risks until successful project completion.
Qualifications preferred for job candidates :
3+ years of HVAC Project Management experience
Working knowledge of various control systems specifically for HVAC
Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products
Must have a good working knowledge of the building construction trades
Must have experience with budgets and cost-tracking
Experience with project meetings and working with subcontractors
Strong comprehension of plans and specifications for HVAC and construction projects
Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required
Specific knowledge of Distech, Siemens, Trend, and other Tridium-based systems is a plus but not a requirement.
