Job Title: Electrical Engineer (EIT)

Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer at our firm, you will be responsible for all phases of the project lifecycle including concept generation, detail design, analysis, assembly, test, and implementation. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work closely with clients, identify project scope, and manage project teams to ensure completion of project within budget and timeframe. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing robust, complex electrical designs, possess the ability to develop relationships and communicate with clients, and effectively manage teams. You will lead electrical efforts on small-medium engineering projects, manage multiple projects, and serve as the electrical subject matter expert on assigned projects. Additional duties include performing detailed engineering studies, writing proposals for projects, representing the company at design and construction meetings, providing coaching and mentorship to junior-level engineers, and traveling to project sites as needed.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina and some days remote.
