What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a visionary and AI-forward Enterprise Systems Product Manager to guide the delivery of intelligent, automated solutions that transform our internal operations. You will be the driving force behind the product life cycle, ensuring alignment between business needs and cutting-edge technology. You will collaborate with stakeholders, and engineers, and cross functional teams to define a product roadmap that leverages low-code/no-code platforms and AI capabilities to streamline processes, boost productivity, and unlock data-driven insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Envision and strategize: Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and the evolving AI landscape.

  • Prioritize and plan: Assess business value, build compelling cases, and prioritize features, epics, and themes to maximize impact and maintain focus on those initiatives that deliver the most value.

  • Lead and collaborate: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineers, and AI specialists, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and effective decision-making throughout the product delivery process.

  • Bridge business and technology: Translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications, ensuring that the delivery team has a clear understanding of the desired outcomes.

  • Embrace AI and automation: Keep up with the latest developments in generative AI, such as large language models, text-to-image generators, and other creative AI tools. Staying informed about these cutting-edge technologies and leveraging them when appropriate to drive innovation and efficiency within your product(s).

  • Empower the team: Provide guidance and support to the delivery team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, information, and prioritization to achieve sprint goals and deliver value iteratively.

  • Champion user-centricity: Advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring that delivered solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated into existing workflows.

  • Measure and iterate: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience: 3-5 years of experience as a product manager/owner, ideally with exposure to enterprise systems and AI-powered solutions.

  • Technical fluency: Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Retool, UI Bakery, n8n), AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Langchain), and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).

  • Strategic mindset: Ability to think strategically, anticipate future trends, and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with long-term business goals.

  • Leadership and influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving acumen: Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges effectively.

  • Data-driven approach: Ability to gather and analyze data to inform decision-making and measure product success.

  • Adaptability and curiosity: A passion for learning and staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and automation.
