As a Manager of Data Quality at Bell Partners Inc., you will have a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our data assets and ensuring they meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

    What you’ll do to make a difference:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage data quality initiatives.

  • Conduct data validation, identify data gaps, and to understand/clarify/fix.

  • Cross-validate and quality-check data outputs from offshore resources.

  • Utilize Scrum methodology to plan and execute data quality projects, including sprint planning, ceremonies, and user story development.

  • Conduct SQL querying and analysis to validate and enhance data quality.

  • Develop and implementing data quality metrics, KPIs, and best practices.

  • Monitor and reporting on data quality from development through to production.

  • Lead a team of data quality professionals and providing guidance and mentorship.

  • Identify and resolving data quality issues and driving continuous improvement.

  • Lead business process reviews including but not limited to requirements gathering, business process flow mapping and documentation, and gap identification in existing processes.

  • Support the creation of KPIs, business performance data, and customer information in Power BI.

  • Perform User Testing as needed and maintaining testing documentation.

    What you bring to our team:

  • BA or BS in Data Science/Data Analytics, Business, Computer, IT, Social Sciences, or related discipline. An advanced degree is a plus Proven experience in a data quality management role.

  • Proficiency in SQL querying and database management.

  • Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and experience in Agile project management.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Experience with data quality tools and best practices is a plus.

  • 7-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, or Analytics.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL.

  • Experience with multi-family real estate property management systems and use of property technology-related data/systems.

  • Experience with Yardi is a plus.
