Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse – Clinic/Wellness/Immunization!

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Evaluate health status, estimate health risks, and provide feedback to motivate positive behavior changes.

• Prioritize Actions: Identify and prioritize patient care requirements and perform interventions accordingly.

• Safe Environment: Ensure a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients.

• Education: Initiate patient and family education when appropriate.

• Documentation: Document patient responses and follow-up recommendations.

• Safety Monitoring: Monitor the safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipment.

• Universal Precautions: Maintain knowledge of universal precautions and protocols for reporting adverse reactions, incidents, and injuries.

• Immunization Expertise: Administer vaccines and medications, handle and store vaccines properly, and manage biological materials safely.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse License for the state of North Carolina

• Experience: At least one year of experience in a clinic or immunization setting preferred.

• Professional Standards: Compliance with all relevant professional standards of practice.

• Certifications: Current CPR certification, TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray, and health certificate as required.

• Training: Successful completion of new hire training.

• Confidentiality: Understand patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Other Details:

• Additional requirements: CPR and BLS certification

• Location: North Raleigh

• Hours: 8-5!

• Pay rate: 35-37 hourly
