Principal Client Service Specialist - NQ in Raleigh, North Carolina
As a Client Service Specialist on our non-qualified team, you will challenge your abilities to multitask and prioritize while effectively communicating to our clients to help make a positive impact on the clients we serve.
Your day will be filled with:
Supporting, coordinating, researching and prioritizing daily work to meet service expectations.
Communicating exceptions to service standards and opportunities for improvement while delivering accurate and timely retirement plan administrative services.
Partner with team members as well as internal and external customers to deliver excellent customer service for institutional non-qualified plans.

High school graduate or equivalent required, plus 4+ years related experience.
Bachelor's degree and experience with non-qualified plans preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, problem solving.
Willingness and ability to learn basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services.
Ability to balance working independently within a team environment to meet client needs and achieve overall department plan roll-in goals.
In-depth understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
