Job Title: BIM TechnicianJob Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced BIM Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a familiarity with basic IT protocols and 3-5 years of experience with products in the Autodesk ecosystem with a focus on Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and the Autodesk Construction Cloud. Supporting tasks will include responding to assigned help desk requests involving Autodesk products and their plugins, occasional training of others, and helping to implement strategic initiatives for the firm. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain accurate 3D models for all stages of project development. - Produce detailed drawings from BIM models and assist in design processes. - Ensure all models are compliant with industry standards and project requirements. - Coordinate model data and integration with other team members. - Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support related to BIM software.

Hard Skills

• Proficiency in Revit

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Raleigh, North Carolina and some days remote.

Work Environment

Candidate will work out of the office in the heart of downtown Raleigh with flexibility to work from home. The Raleigh office has roughly 50 people and is centered around collaboration, teamwork, and community involvement.
