Marshall's Locksmith Administration Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina

Seeking an Bilingual (Spanish\English Office Personnel person who can assist with Subcontracting, Accounts Receivable, Inventory/Purchasing, and counter sales as necessary with the possibility of assisting the Dispatcher. This person will be tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods, have fast typing with experience in data entry, and have outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator and able to remain calm and composed. This person will be able to answer phones and emails in a professional manner. They will be able to use critical thinking skills as well as learn the ins and outs of the Locksmithing trade pertaining to hiring local locksmiths in other states to service our national account clientele. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
