The Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials (DICT) Intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's efforts to enhance diversity and inclusion in clinical trials. The intern will contribute to various initiatives aimed at increasing representation from underrepresented populations in clinical research.

The Internship Program will last up to 12 weeks and may include one or more projects focused on analyzing existing clinical trial data to identify disparities and opportunities for improvement, assist in developing and implementing community outreach programs to engage underrepresented populations and build trust and prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations. The intern will learn the fundamentals of Clinical Trial conduct and support and deliver projects, with close supervision and mentorship spanning across Global Clinical Trial Operations team, and the DICT Team.

Required Education:

• Be enrolled in the 2025 fall semester at an accredited university/college after the completion of the internship

• Have the ability to complete an internship/fellowship lasting 10 to 12 weeks

• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

• Be a rising sophomore, junior, or senior in an undergraduate program

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and strong oral and written communication skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and/or participation in campus/community service activities are desired

• Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Ability to work independently as well as on a team.

• Capable of completing projects with limited oversight

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.

Expected salary range:

$39,600.00-$105,500.00
