Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling and managing insurance policies, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities * Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses. * Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Process policy renewals, modifications, and claims efficiently. * Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service. * Meet personal and team sales targets.
Qualifications * Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to analyze and interpret insurance policies and regulations. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Valid insurance agent license (or ability to obtain them).
