JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sr Associate Microsoft 365 Engineer - 27591 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Summary: The Sr Associate Microsoft 365 Engineer is a member of the End User Productivity (EUP) team. The EUP team is a global team responsible for the management and delivery of client solutions that address current and future business needs while ensuring value realization in the shortest possible timeframe, most specifically involving Microsoft 365 platforms, physical and virtual endpoints, collaboration spaces, end-user enablement, and related services. This position is responsible for the delivery of services related to productivity and collaboration solutions focused on, but not limited to, the Microsoft 365 platform. This includes Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream, Office Applications and more. The appointee will lead service improvement efforts, interact with our Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver solutions to our users that promote ease of use and productivity while ensuring adherence to security requirements. The incumbent will also interact with many departments within SCJ to understand requirements and to deliver business value. This position also includes management of the related EUP projects, platforms and day to day level 3 support. This is an onsite role in Racine, WI Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Lead Continuous improvements efforts for Office 365 platform and collaboration tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes, systems, or products. Propose and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and quality. * Stay current and relevant through research and industry connections to provide a progressive approach within the Microsoft and collaboration space at SC Johnson. Collaborate with Service Owner to develop and maintain understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and more. * Ensure compliance to standards and SLAs/XLAs by Managed Service Providers. Serve as a first escalation point for MSPs for issues. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics. * Partner with Service Owner to implement and innovate solutions for SCJ application and infrastructure owners. Assist in defining and prioritizing product features for Microsoft platform. * Ensure SCJ standard infrastructure management processes are being followed, identify procedural issues and lead actions to remediate and correct processing as needed (examples: change, work, problem management). * Experience coordinating and managing escalation with vendors. * Ability to coordinate with vendors and partners as needed for problem resolution. * Management of vendors and partners\' relationships as necessary. * Lead and/or participate in various projects: strategic and operational initiatives. * Document processes and procedures for maintenance and support. * Participation in development of strategic plans for the team. * Provides 3rd level operational support for platforms.
