CAREERS INDUSTRIES INC Integrated Day Service Provider in RACINE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for creating and implementing meaningful learning options and community experiences for developmentally disabled adults and responsible for assisting with arrivals, departures, personal cares and mealtimes. The position is also accountable for documenting participant progress, concerns and/or other participant related data. Assist participants in achieving agreed upon individual program goals that move him/her to the next level of independence. Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with adults who are developmentally disabled or in a related field, preferred. - Ability to balance, crouch, bend, stoop, crawl, walk, kneel, twist, stand, and sit. - Ability to reach overhead and front, lift and carry varying weights. - Ability to push and/or pull up to 300 lbs.
