JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description Overview Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the Banker Resource Center which supports banker Procedures and Training for Consumer, Private, and Small Business Bankers as well as support Commercial and Commercial Real Estate Bankers for Deposit Origination Procedures. Specific functions include: Manage all Bank Procedures (non-credit); provide Procedure Training; create and manage activity Program Guides; and, manage the Banker Support Help Line. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Position Specific Responsibilities Strategic Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the Banker Resource Center to align with Bank\'s overall strategy. Manage support for Consumer, Private, and Small Business relating to: Execution of corporate strategies Identify and implement potential efficiency opportunities focusing on training and/or Banker Support Activity Procedures Identify role specific Procedure training plans including onboarding requirements Obtain feedback on Procedure training needs Obtain feedback on Banker Resource Center tools (BRC SharePoint site; Procedure Templates; Training Approach; and Internal Contact Center Manage Banker Resource Center associates which includes Procedures, Training and Contact Support Facilitate and participate in corporate projects & workgroups to identify and implement appropriate Client/Branch Procedure adjustments/training opportunities for bank associates. Procedures Manage and/or develop formal Banker Resource Center Procedures; responsible to establish and maintain Procedure Template Standards Provide direction on the Banker Resource Center SharePoint site which is used to retain Banker Support Activity Procedures and Training Links Manage Banker Support Activity Procedures Advisory Group to provide feedback regarding Procedure updates/revisions; and SharePoint retention ease of use Training Manage and develop on-line and classroom Training content and distribution to support Banker Support Activity Procedures (includes Procedure Training Library and Role Defined Procedure Training Plans) Manage Banker Resource Center Training classroom enrollments (including Procedure Training annual requirements) Manage Banker Resource Center Training Certification programs Manage new branch training; provide on-site support during new branch initial stage (includes implementation of new systems) Communication Coordinate and facilitate Branch Operations meeting Communicate Banker Support Activity Procedures changes and updated training materials Contact Support Manage Banker Support Contact Support activities; respond to inquiries Programs Coordinate and document multi-departmental procedural activity Programs designed to provide role and responsibility clarity across functions (Example: Overdraft Program) Manage the...
