Continental Communication and Sponsorship Specialist in Quito, Ecuador

  • The position requires experience in coordinating marketing activities and initiatives related to communication, brand positioning, brand campaigns, public relations and sponsorship for South America region, including the guidelines for third party, project management, budget and reports daily routine.

  • To be responsible for communication budget and external advertising, PR agencies and other suppliers.

  • To coordinate briefing sessions for ATL agencies and Sponsorship partners regarding brand objectives.To contribute for activations with main stakeholders: follow up and success metrics.To implement and track activations and timeline for the sponsorship projects.To support budget management for the sponsorships activations.

  • To coordinate the aligment with product teams, BU's and stakeholders regarding product launches and solutions.To contribute for a strong agenda and planning for product launches and solutions for key products.To support agencies briefings, timeline development, BUS follow ups, and reports.Lead the production of any kind of media content to be used for all brands.

  • Experience in marketing brand communications;

  • Knowledge coordinating budget and third party alignments and activities;

  • Strong planning, organization and analitic skills;

  • Previous sponsorship experience including coordinating contracts, KPIS, evaluations and activations;

  • Public Relations and Influencers background as well

  • Advanced English is mandatory

  • Portuguese can be a plus
