    JOB SUMMARY

    This position is responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, hosting and participating in career events.

    Talent Acquisition Specialist position is responsible for creating a strong talent pipeline for Blessing’s current and future hiring needs. With the collaboration of HR leadership and department leaders, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop a long – term recruiting strategy and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires while marketing Blessing as the Employer of Choice.

    This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS

    Education/Training/Experience:

    REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years recruitment/HR or Healthcare experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    PREFERRED:

  • Previous Healthcare recruitment

    License/Certifications/Special Requirements:

  • Preferred: SHRM certification

  • EXEMPT
