The Service Logistics Associate Coordinator will manage and coordinate the logistics related to service orders. This role typically involves tasks related to processing and shipping products, as well as handling inventory, coordinating with service teams, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service using clear communication methods while delivering timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Order Processing & Fulfillment:
  • Receive, process, and fulfill service orders.
  • Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with carriers and schedule pick-ups (as necessary to ensure timely delivery of packages.
• Inventory Management:
  • Track and manage inventory levels of service parts and products.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure that all inventory is stored safely and organized efficiently.
• Coordination with Service Teams:
  • Work closely with service technicians and customer service teams to ensure that parts and products are available for repairs and replacements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate the logistics of service orders and returns.
• Documentation & Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all shipments, returns, and inventory movements.
  • Prepare shipping documents, including packing slips, labels, and customs paperwork as needed.
  • Enter data into the GatesAirs logistics and inventory management systems.
• Quality Control:
  • Inspect products and packages before shipment to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Report any issues or discrepancies to management and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify and suggest improvements to logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving service logistics operations.
