Job Summary:Are you a compassionate and skilled Clinical Counselor looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health and/or substance use disorders? Join our team at Clarity Health as a Outpatient Therapist!In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family counseling services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Counseling Services: Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients/patients in various settings, offering personalized support and guidance to address their unique needs.

  • Assessment and Screening: Conduct intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames, gathering essential information to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.

  • Treatment Planning: Develop and evolve treatment plans based on assessment information and client goals, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches.

  • Collaborative Case Review: Participate in clinical staffing/treatment meetings and provide feedback on pertinent cases, contributing to collaborative decision-making and holistic care planning.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with state regulatory/accreditation/agency standards in all clinical practices, maintaining high standards of quality and ethics in service delivery.

  • Accurate Documentation: Document all services provided accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records to support continuity of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Transition Support: Assist clients/patients in transitioning to other permanent housing options, providing support and resources to promote stability and independence.

  • Crisis Intervention: Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed, responding with sensitivity and urgency to ensure the safety and well-being of clients/patients.

  • Clinical Consultation and Training: Provide clinical consultation to team members and training on clinical issues and evidence-based practices, fostering professional growth and competence within the team.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.

  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

  • Minimum of 3 years related experience preferred.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
